Primary aluminum, ferroalloy, iron and steel, lead, magnesium, and zinc production facilities report GHG emissions from metal smelting, refining, and/or casting activities, as well as from stationary fuel combustion sources. All other metal production facilities report only the GHG emissions from stationary fuel combustion sources.
